Bilquis Private School Welcomes the Minister of Education and Scientific Research on a Distinguished Field Visit
As part of the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research’s commitment to enhancing the quality of education and advancing its educational tools, Bilquis Private School had the honor of welcoming His Excellency Prof. Hassan Al-Saadi, Minister of Education and Scientific Research, on an official visit focused on the future of education in the Republic of Yemen and ways to further develop it in line with the demands of the modern era.
His Excellency was received by Mr. Bahaa Al-Din Sharaf Al-Din, Principal of Bilquis Private School, who presented a brief overview of the school's educational vision and its pioneering achievements in implementing an integrated e-learning system based on the Yemeni national curriculum. He also highlighted the school's role in introducing the Fourth-Generation Educational Robotics Program into the learning process to foster students' creativity, programming skills, and logical thinking.
During the visit, the school administration reaffirmed its strong commitment to representing the Republic of Yemen in regional and international educational forums through participation in scientific and innovation competitions, reflecting its belief in the ability of Yemeni students to compete and excel globally.
His Excellency extended his heartfelt congratulations to the top-performing students in both the Basic and Secondary Education Certificate examinations, particularly the outstanding student Issam Abdo Abdullah Naji, who achieved first place nationwide for the 2024-2025 academic year with a perfect score of 100%. He also congratulated several Bilquis Private School students who attained advanced national rankings, praising the school's distinguished academic and educational standards.
The visit included a tour of the school's facilities and specialized classrooms, as well as demonstrations of educational robotics projects. The event was marked by a warm welcome from the school's administration and teaching staff and an atmosphere of enthusiasm and engagement.
The visit was attended by a number of prominent educational and government figures, including:
- Major General Abdulwahid Salah, Governor of Ibb Governorate
- Judge Abdulfattah Ghallab, Deputy Governor for Education Affairs
- Mr. Mohammed Dirham Al-Ghazali, Director of the Governorate Office of Education
In addition, several officials from the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research, representatives of the local authority, members of the Governorate Education Office, and distinguished educational and social figures were present.
